Cognitive Stimulation

STUDY: This was the most important element for me during recovery. My accident was five years ago and I am still completing two post graduate degree (masters in urban and regional planning and a graduate certificate in change management - business psychology essentially). I felt study focused on my past experiences to develop more worldly but also retraining my brain. I think it truly worked on my key issues of attention to detail and memory.

WRITING: Writing has helped me in many ways. I have written a book which is a great achievement but I think generally writing overcame many neurological and social challenges with voicing and training my life perspectives. I continuously missed prepositions initially and this got better with time.
