A Videonystagmography (VNG) is a diagnostic test to see how well a person's eyes can track visual objects and how they respond to visual stimulus. It gives the practitioner information so they can specifically target which parts of the patients vision are still struggling from the injury.  It consists of looking at a big screen and having your eyes follow objects on the screen that move.
